Türkiye's CRC exports increased by 115.1% in January-September period

According to data from the Turkish Statistical Institute (TUIK), Türkiye's september 2024 cold rolled coil (CRC) output increased by 68.9% y-o-y to 55,569 tons from 32,730 tons in the same month of the previous year, SteelRadar analysts reported. There was an 18,6% decrease compared to the previous month of August.

Total CRC exports in the January-September period increased by 115,1% compared to the same period of the previous year, rising from 251,994 tons to 542,150 tons.

Canada was the major country to which Türkiye's exported the most CRC in September with 13,213 tons, followed by Italy with 12,105 tons, Greece with 11,472 tons, Bulgaria with 3,645 tons and Spain with 2,398 tons.
