During the visit, Board Member of the Turkish Steel Exporters’ Association Mehmet Ali Fincan, Branch Manager Uygar Tatar, Branch Chief Yiğit Can Kurtkaya, and Export Director of Yametaş Flat Products Industry and Trade Inc. Eyüp Uçaktürk were present.
Within the scope of the program, comprehensive meetings were held primarily with H.E. İlhan Saygılı, Ambassador of the Republic of Türkiye to Belgrade, and Yasemin Yüce, Commercial Counsellor of the Republic of Türkiye in Belgrade, as well as with officials of the Republic of Serbia and representatives of the local industry.
During the meetings, the impacts of quota measures on the Turkish steel sector were discussed in detail, and evaluations were made on developing bilateral trade relations between the two countries on a sustainable and balanced basis.
