In November 2022, Turkey's wire rod exports decreased by 22% monthly and by 88% annually to 55,000 tons. Among them, exports to Israel amounted to about 31,000 tons, a decrease of 70% compared to the same month last year.
In the first eleven months of 2022, Turkey's wire rod exports decreased by 14% y-o-y to 1.12 million tons.
On the other hand, the export value decreased by 6.2% compared to the same period of the previous year and amounted to 894 million US dollars. Among them, about Dec 266,000 tons, 126,000 tons and 50,000 tons were exported to Israel, Romania and the Netherlands, respectively.
