Italian-Spanish joint venture TUBACEX IBF Kazakhstan is preparing to launch a new investment project for high value-added production in Kazakhstan. During a meeting between Kazakhstan's Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs Murat Nurtleu and the company's General Director Stefano Manfredi, the establishment of Central Asia's first stainless steel and nickel alloy seamless pipe production plant was discussed.
The new plant is expected to contribute to the diversification of industrial production by reducing Kazakhstan's import dependence in the metallurgical sector. The project will also directly contribute to the country's goals of developing high-tech industry.
Minister Nurtleu stated that the government will fully support this investment and emphasized that the launch of the plant will make a significant contribution to the country's industry and create jobs. The Kazakhstan government expressed its readiness to provide all necessary support for the successful realization of the project.
