Development of a wide range of new products at TMK's Voljski Pipe Plant (VTZ) was recognized as the best achievement in the “High Technology Project” category. TMK's human resources management system in the areas of employee training, development, social support and career guidance for potential candidates received the highest evaluation in the “Human Resource Development” category. In this context, the corporate “Horizons” forum, “Master Games” professional competency championship, employee engagement program and other training and development initiatives were presented to the jury. In addition, TMK's active participation in projects such as “Professionalism” and “Advanced Engineering Schools” to train qualified workers and engineers was also positively recognized by the experts.
The award also highlighted TMK's holistic approach to supporting development in the regions where it operates. The social infrastructure development and aid projects implemented by TMK and Sinara Corporate Charitable Foundation span a wide range of areas such as education, health, culture, arts and sports. Initiatives such as “Support Point” and “Executive League” contribute to career guidance at an early age and the support of talented regional leaders. The “Painless Children's Hospital” project promotes the use of minimally invasive methods in the treatment of children. The “Theater Alphabet” activities offer children in regional kindergartens and rehabilitation centers the opportunity to attend the best plays staged by theaters with which TMK cooperates. Thanks to these and similar efforts, the company was awarded a diploma in the “Contribution to the Sustainable Development of Regions” category.

"Pioneers of Business: Dynamism, Responsibility, Sustainability - 2024" is aimed at promoting sustainable business development in line with long-term economic interests and identifying dynamically developing companies based on economic, social and environmental indicators. The competition was organized in 17 categories, including two special ones.

The all-Russian competition aims to reward companies that support sustainable development and demonstrate successful performance in terms of social, economic and environmental indicators. There were 17 nominations this year.
