The world’s tallest residential clock tower is coming

Standing 450 meters tall, the giant clock tower, Franck Muller Aeternitas Tower, will be visible from as far as 6 kilometers away. It is set to be completed in 2027 and will become part of Dubai’s skyline.

The world’s tallest residential clock tower is coming

Dubai, long associated with its towering skyscrapers, is once again making global headlines. The Franck Muller Aeternitas Tower, a collaboration between Swiss luxury watch brand Franck Muller and one of the UAE’s leading real estate developers, is set to become the world’s tallest clock tower upon completion.

Rising in Dubai Marina, the tower will consist of 649 luxury residences and, at 450 meters high, will add a new icon to the city’s skyline.

“The world’s largest clock tower will attract global investors”

Parcel CEO Özden Çimen believes the project will boost international investor interest:

“The new massive structure with 649 luxury apartments is poised to introduce some of the most expensive residences to the market. With studio units priced at around half a million dollars, this development could bring a fresh breath to the UAE’s global image. The luxurious lifestyle and international harmony that define Dubai are being reinforced by such projects. Investors view this building as the world’s largest clock tower — and it may attract buyers from multiple continents.”

Dubai becoming the global hub for branded residences

In recent years, Dubai has gained prominence worldwide for its branded residential projects. As collaborations with luxury brands increase, concepts like design, safety, and quality of life in housing are being redefined.

Çimen emphasized that this trend further strengthens Dubai’s brand value:

“Dubai is putting special effort into expanding branded residences and is partnering with some of the world’s most famous brands. The city attracts an average of 10,000 millionaires annually, and this new clock tower could become a symbolic landmark of Dubai’s brand identity. This not only draws more investors to the city but also encourages tourists to visit branded buildings.”

A new icon where luxury meets engineering

The Franck Muller Aeternitas Tower takes its name from the Latin word “Aeternitas,” meaning “eternity.” The structure will feature a 40-meter-tall and 30-meter-wide clock at its peak, visible from up to 6 kilometers away.

Construction began in 2024, with completion scheduled for 2027. Beyond being a luxurious living space, the project symbolizes a new era in engineering, design, and branded real estate.
