The US Department of Commerce stated that during the period of review (POR) covering June 1, 2024 to May 31, 2025, it was determined that the companies under investigation—Benteler Rothrist AG, Mubea Präzisionsstahlrohr AG, and Mubea Inc.—did not make any shipments of the subject products to the United States. Therefore, the administrative review was fully rescinded on the grounds that there were no suspended entries subject to review. The decision entered into force on April 8, 2026.
As part of the process, it was recalled that the antidumping measure on the subject products originally came into effect on June 11, 2018, and that the request period for the administrative review of the relevant review segment began on June 3, 2025. Following applications by domestic producers on June 30, 2025, the Department of Commerce formally initiated the review on July 25, 2025.
During the review process, data from US Customs and Border Protection were evaluated, and Benteler Rothrist AG submitted a statement confirming that it had made no shipments during the review period. Subsequent analysis also confirmed that no reviewable entries were found for the other companies. A notice of intent to rescind published on September 19, 2025 received no objections from any party.
