The Commission will assess whether the continuation or recurrence of material injury is likely if the countervailing duty order applicable to Türkiye, as well as the anti-dumping duty orders imposed on PC strand products imported from Argentina, Colombia, Egypt, Indonesia, Italy, Malaysia, the Netherlands, Saudi Arabia, South Africa, Spain, Taiwan, Tunisia, Türkiye, Ukraine, and the United Arab Emirates, are revoked.
Following the affirmative determination issued on July 7, 2026, the USITC decided to conduct full sunset reviews pursuant to Section 751(c)(5) of the Tariff Act of 1930.

Interested parties wishing to participate in the review must file an entry of appearance with the Commission within 45 days from the date of publication of this notice. Within the same period, parties may also submit requests for access to business proprietary information under an Administrative Protective Order (APO).
The Commission will issue the pre-hearing staff report regarding the review on October 28, 2026."
The public hearing will be held in Washington, D.C., on November 19, 2026. Requests to participate in the hearing must be submitted to the Commission no later than November 10, 2026.
The deadline for pre-hearing briefs is November 6, 2026, while post-hearing briefs and written submissions are due by December 1, 2026. Parties will have until January 5, 2027, to submit final comments on any new information subsequently released by the Commission.
The USITC determined that these investigations are highly complex and announced that it will exercise its authority under the Tariff Act of 1930 to extend the review period by up to 90 days.
