Turkish construction company Taham İnşaat has declared bankruptcy.

The Turkish giant construction company has declared bankruptcy!

Taham Construction, which has been working in the construction sector in Bursa and around the world, has declared bankruptcy due to economic difficulties. Founded in 2023, the company, which has 33 years of international experience, shared the decision with the public after its request for extension of the concordat period was rejected by Bursa 1st Commercial Court of First Instance. Taham Construction's terminated international projects include central locations such as Madrid, Cologne, Berlin, Frankurt, Munich, Hamburg, Bamako and Cumberland, while the bankruptcy of the construction company also led to the suspension of the company's ongoing projects.

The official decision includes the following information:

"Pursuant to the decision of Bursa 1st Commercial Court of First Instance dated 20/03/2024 and numbered 2021/480 E., the bankruptcy of Taham İnşaat Emlak Mimarlık Mühendislik Sanayi Ve Ticaret Limited Company was declared and bankruptcy proceedings were initiated as of 14:24 on the same day. It is announced to the public in accordance with Article 166 of the Execution and Bankruptcy Law."
