For the period from November 11 to November 17, 2022, the composite metal trade price index for steel products in the Central region of the Russian Federation fell by 8.64 points (-1.18%). A week ago, the decrease in this indicator was 0.66%.
The rolled products taken into consideration while calculating the index are; rebar, beam, round, cold-rolled, hot-rolled and galvanized flat steel, angle and channel.
During this period, prices of 8 types of rolled products decreased. Round steel (-2.77%) was the most depreciated in price; the least decrease was in hot rolled sheet (-0.17%).
Prices increased for beam (+0.08%) and for channel (+0.06%).
