In the statement published by the General Directorate of EIA, Permit and Inspection of the Ministry of Environment, Urbanization and Climate Change, it was noted that the application file for the project was reviewed within the scope of Article 8 of the EIA Regulation and found to be in compliance with the General Format.
According to the announcement, the project will be built on a total area of 46.43 hectares, encompassing plots 148 ada 8 parcel, 206 ada 51 parcel, 146 ada 11 parcel, and 151 ada 1 parcel. With a planned installed capacity of 36.011 MWₘ / 25 MWₑ / 36.011 MWₚ, the official assessment process for the İsdemir Kütahya Solar Power Plant (SPP) project has officially commenced.
It was stated that until the completion of the EIA process, all requests for information as well as opinions, questions, and suggestions regarding the project can be submitted to the Kütahya Governorship (Provincial Directorate of Environment, Urbanization and Climate Change) or to the Ministry. The announcement emphasized that the public will continue to be informed throughout the process.
