The Turkish Statistical Institute (TÜİK) released construction cost index data for June 2025. According to the data, the construction cost index increased by 1.37% on a monthly basis and 23.58% on an annual basis.
In June, the material index increased by 2.35% on a monthly basis, while the labor index decreased 0.35%. On an annual basis, the material index increased 19.37%, while the labor index gained 31.99%.
The building construction cost index increased by 0.97% on a monthly basis and 23.21% on an annual basis. During this period, the material index increased by 1.76% on a monthly basis, while the labor index decreased by 0.38%. On an annual basis, the material index increased by 19.06%, while the labor index increased by 31.16%.
The construction cost index for non-building structures increased by 2.68% on a monthly basis and 24.82% on an annual basis. In this category, the material index increased by 4.19% on a monthly basis, while the labor index decreased by 0.24%. Compared to the same period last year, the material index increased by 20.31%, while the labor index increased by 35%.
