This price revision was in response to persistently high prices of various steel raw materials. The company made this adjustment in order to offset the persistently high costs of raw ingredients and at the same time effectively reflect costs in the production and sales processes.
Having previously increased the H-beam base price by NT$600 per ton for January, DSC has now announced an additional increase of NT$300 per ton for February, bringing the total price adjustments so far this year to NT$900. This strategic pricing approach aims to cope with constant fluctuations in steel raw material costs and maintain ongoing stability in Dragon Steel Corporation's production and sales operations.
