Taiwan's largest steel producer China Steel Corporation (CSC) has been in business since July 2020.

Taiwan CSC suffered net loss for the first time in two years

Taiwan's largest steelmaker China Steel Corporation (CSC) reported a net loss of NT$1.4 billion in September since July 2020.

The World Steel Association predicted that the steel demand outlook for 2023 will reach 1.814 billion tons, mainly from the US infrastructure law and production and investment supports of the automobile and energy industries.
