Taiwan calls for action on anti-dumping measures on stainless steel

The Ministry of Finance issued a notice on January 19, 2024, stating that domestic parties interested in continuing the duties should apply to the Ministry within one month from the announcement date.

The extension of this levy resulted from a sunset review that concluded on August 29, 2019, and it has been valid for five years. The products affected by this measure include stainless steel, cold-rolled, flat-rolled items from the SUS series, whether in coils or sheets, falling under HS codes 7219.32.9011, 7219.32.9012, 7219.32.9019, 7219.33.9011, 7219.33.9012, 7219.33.9019, 7219.34.9011, 7219.34.9012, 7219.34.9019, 7219.35.9011, 7219.35.9012, 7219.35.9019, 7220.20.9011, 7220.20.9012, and 7220.20.9019.
