In its statement, İzdemir stated that a total of 1,800,000.00 lots of shares were repurchased in IZMDC shares on 20 December at a price range of 5.43 TL-5.50 TL (average 5.4895 TL).
The explanation is as follows:
Within the scope of the share repurchase transactions initiated by the decision of the Board of Directors dated 14.12.2023;
On 20.12.2023, IZMDC shares with a nominal amount of 1,800,000.00 TL were bought back at Borsa Istanbul at a price range of 5.43 TL – 5.50 TL (average 5.4895 TL).
As of 20.12.2023, the total nominal amount of IZMDC shares repurchased reached 5,600,000.00 TL, and the ratio of these shares to the capital was 0.373%.
