(KRDMA), it was stated that 4,992,144 lots were purchased for (KRDMA) shares at a price range of 25.10 - 27.66 TL. With this transaction, Özbey became a subsidiary of Karabük Demir Çelik Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş. Their shares and voting rights in (KRDMA) capital reached the limit of approximately 5.36% as of 25/11/2024.”
