Soner Özbey increased its stake in Kardemir to 20.51%

Özbey made a statement to the Public Disclosure Platform (KAP) and announced that he purchased TRY 1 million 960 thousand worth of shares and with this transaction, his shares in KARDEMİR's capital reached 20.51%.

It was stated that purchases were made from KARDEMİR's Group A shares traded on the stock exchange, and with this transaction, the voting rights in the company's capital reached the level of 432%.

Soner Özbey, who bought TRY 1.5 million worth of shares in January and increased his shares to 10%, announced that his shareholding rate was 15% with the newly purchased shares.
