Belarus BMZ signed steel export contracts worth over $100 million.
According to a report, Belarusian steelmaker Byelorussian Steel Works (BMZ) has announced that it has signed multiple steel export contracts worth over US$100 million.
At EXPO 2020 in Gomel Oblast (a region in Belarus), he made several presentations on investment, trade and economic potential. Representatives of Belarusian enterprises held talks with business circles of the UAE and other countries. According to the BMZ press service, the company has signed a solid package of documents on mutually beneficial cooperation, including several contracts to supply its vehicles for more than $ 100 million.
Dubai is hosting EXPO 2020 from October 1, 2021 to March 31, 2022. It hosts more than 200 exhibitors from 190 countries.
BMZ specializes in the production of round bar, rebar, wire rod and seamless steel pipe.
The company exported its steel products to many European countries such as Spain, France, Romania last year.
