In the past year, Severstal has advanced its bimetal production technologies, increasing both their capabilities and production capacity. Additionally, the company has upgraded parts of its existing equipment to facilitate this new product.
Powerhard Duo is designed to boost efficiency by prolonging the lifespan of equipment and reducing maintenance needs. Severstal is expanding its portfolio of wear-resistant bimetallic rolled products and diversifying their applications through its Prospective Engineering service. This approach allows customers to lower both operational and capital expenses while enhancing profitability through the use of superior materials.
