Russia will not export oil if there is a price limit

Russian Deputy Prime Minister Alexander Novak said in a statement that Russia will not export oil to the world market if price limits are imposed on Russian oil. Novak stated that Russia will not deliver oil to world markets if the prices discussed remain below the cost of oil production. He also warned that Russian supplies sent to Europe via the largest pipeline could be further reduced or even halted.
