83,000 tons of scrap and ferrous metal waste were exported from Russia to Turkey in June. This volume is 4.8 times greater than annual figures and 2 times greater than the previous month.
About $315 per ton was the average export price at the Russian border in June, which is 32% less than the monthly average and 34% less than the annual average.
For the period from January to June, the volume of deliveries reached 0.25 million tons, which is 2 times higher than the level of the previous year. Revenue at the same time increased by 32% and reached $93 million.
