The tender, published on the Indian Government’s e-procurement portal, will be conducted under a 730-day price contract and seeks to strengthen RINL’s capacity to process 90×90 mm billets into semi-finished products in flat, structural, round, and square shapes.
The tender covers a monthly processing volume of 500 MT, totaling 6,000 MT annually. Participating companies must own their own rolling mills and have a minimum annual production capacity of 10,000 MT; leased facilities are not accepted. Bids will be submitted through a two-envelope system, with technical and financial proposals opened in Bhubaneswar. The download and submission period is set for 26 November – 3 December 2025, with the bid opening scheduled for 3 December 2025 at 15:30.
