Rigips Alçı and Dalsan Alçı join forces

Saint-Gobain Rigips Alçı Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş. (Rigips Alçı) and Dalsan Alçı Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş. (Dalsan Alçı) have announced that they have completed their joint venture transaction. As of September 1, 2023, Rigips Alçı and Dalsan Alçı will come together under the roof of Dalsan Alçı Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş. as a single legal entity.

This new collaboration will enable two reputable companies to combine their resources and increase their capacity to offer a wider range of products. The merger aims to offer customers more diversity and quality. Saint-Gobain Rigips Plaster and Dalsan Alçı are determined to move forward even stronger by combining their experience and expertise in the sector.
