With the Supervisory Board meeting on 28 March 2023, the Styrian family business Breitenfeld Edelstahl AG completed a generational change.
With immediate effect, Mag. René Jurak (56) succeeded his father Dr Rudolf Jurak (78) as Chairman of the Supervisory Board. Dr Rudolf Jurak will remain on the Supervisory Board as his deputy.
Mag. René Jurak has been a member of the Supervisory Board since 2005. His brother DI Ralph Jurak, the family architect, has also been a member of the Supervisory Board since 2018.
Thus, the company will continue to be successfully managed as a family business in the second generation in the future.
