The General Directorate General of Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) Permitting and Inspection has informed that the Review and Evaluation Commission (REC) meeting for the Şırnak 2 Solar Power Plant (SPP) project, which İsdemir aims to establish in the İdil district of Şırnak province, will be held on May 12, 2025.
The power plant, which will be built on an area of 37.77 hectares, is planned to have an installed capacity of 35.99 MWm / 25 MWe.
It was stated that the project file prepared within the scope of Article 11 of the EIA Regulation was submitted to the Ministry and the review and evaluation process was initiated.
