Rebar prices decreased before the new year

Rebar demand decreased in iron and steel markets. As more sellers wanted to finish their stocks due to the end of the year, the supply in the sector increased. Rebar prices decreased. While producer-based prices decreased to $620/ton in the Marmara region, prices of up to $605-610/ton were heard for Ege region producers. However, expectations are that prices are at the base level before the new year.
