Production in Ukraine has fallen since the beginning of the year

From the beginning of 2023 to July, Ukrainian metallurgical enterprises reduced production volumes in all major areas - the production of steel, rolled products and pig iron.

In the period from January to July 2023, 3.37 million tons of pig iron were produced (a decrease of 29.9% compared to January-July 2022), 3.43 million tons of steel ( a decrease of 28.8%), 2.90 million tons of rolled products (a decrease of 31.5%).
