Palladium One unlocks more critical mining assets with Metalcorp

On March 6, the two companies signed a definitive agreement for a combination of businesses, under which Palladium One will purchase all issued and paid shares of Metalcorp in exchange for 0.30 of one common share for each share purchased.

Current Palladium One shareholders will own about 88% of the company's capital, while former MetalCorp Shareholders will own about 12%.
