Between 2010 and 2016, he worked as a Sales Manager at Ereğli Demir Çelik Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş. Onur Erkara, who started to work as the Marketing Manager at Karabük Demir Çelik Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş (KARDEMİR) in April 2016, has also served as Deputy Export Manager at KARDEMİR since 2019. He became the Sales and Marketing Director in August 2022.
