NMDC increased iron ore production

NMDC increased iron ore production by 38% yoy in August.

NMDC increased iron ore production

The Indian state-owned company National Mineral Development Corporation Ltd (NMDC) published a report showing that its iron ore production in August 2023 was 3.41 million tons, an increase of 38% compared to the same month in 2022, while a month earlier it was at the level of 2.44 million tons.

In turn, sales of iron ore "NMDC" in the month under review rose by 25% on an annual basis to 3.54 million tons.
