New trade fairs for foundry, casting and metallurgy sectors to take place in Indonesia in 2023: GIFA and METEC

GIFA and METEC Indonesia will take place from 13 to 16 September 2023 at JI Expo, and will happen alongside Mining Indonesia – The International Mining and Minerals Recovery Exhibition and Conference.

New trade fairs for foundry, casting and metallurgy sectors to take place in Indonesia in 2023: GIFA and METEC

Jakarta, Indonesia will play host to two dedicated trade fairs for the foundry, casting and metallurgy sectors. This was announced today by joint organisers Messe Düsseldorf Asia and PT Pamerindo Indonesia (part of Informa Markets). GIFA and METEC Indonesia will take place from 13 to 16 September 2023 at JI Expo, and will happen alongside Mining Indonesia – The International Mining and Minerals Recovery Exhibition and Conference. It is the region’s largest international mining equipment, mineral recovery, mineral handling, and processing exhibition. The official announcement took place during the opening of the 20th edition of Mining Indonesia which opens its show doors today. The partnership signals strong commitment for both organisers’ to work together and offer a value-add platform and mutually enriching and beneficial business experience for participating companies and those looking to expand their presence in the region. Messe Düsseldorf Asia and PT Pamerindo Indonesia (part of Informa Markets) already have a strong foothold in Indonesia and the Southeast Asian region; organising trade fairs across various manufacturing and high-value sectors.
