The new Board of Directors also includes Gökhan Erdem, Rahman Kalyoncu, Seda Demirel Yıldırım, Anıl Kaya, Cengiz Öztürk, and Turgay Bulut.
Speaking after the general assembly, Chairman Dr. İlker Dilek stated that during the new term, the club will prioritize projects that contribute not only to the athletic achievements of young people but also to their personal, social, and cultural development.
Dilek said, “Under our motto ‘We Are a Family of Steel,’ we will work with all our strength to ensure that our young people grow not only through sporting success but also as individuals who are committed to moral values, embrace equality, and possess free thought, conscience, and wisdom.”
Emphasizing the importance of helping young people—the future of Türkiye—build a future on strong foundations, Dilek noted that the club plans to implement national and international projects aimed at supporting youth development.
Dilek also stated that the club would continue to follow the vision established by Hasan Çolakoğlu, adding, “We will continue our efforts with determination to help our young people grow into stronger individuals in the fields of education, sports, and social life.”
The new era at Çolakoğlu Metalurji Sports Club is expected to make significant contributions to Turkish sports and to the development of the country’s youth.
