According to the document, the Treasury and State Departments "are imposing sanctions on approximately 400 individuals and companies from Russia and abroad, including in Asia, Europe, and the Middle East." According to the document, the restrictions are being imposed in connection with the provision of "goods and services" for use by Russia in the SVO in Ukraine, as well as "sanctions evasion."
The list includes 34 Russians, including the son of the Russian Defense Minister Pavel Belousov, as well as citizens of other countries.
Among the legal entities subject to sanctions were:
- Air Bridge Cargo Airlines;
- "Evraz KGOK", "Evraz NTMK", "Evraz ZSMK", "Evraz Vanady Tula";
- LLC "Liquefied Natural Gas Yakutia";
- MMK;
- Norilsk Mining and Metallurgical Company named after A.P. Zavenyagin, Norilsk Nickel Technical Services, Norilskremont, Raspadskaya;
- YATEK and Novatek China.
