The company, which had set out with the goal of becoming one of Türkiye’s leading players in the metal surface coating industry, failed to meet expectations and brought its commercial activities to an end by court order.
With a ruling dated September 26, 2025, the Bursa 1st Commercial Court of First Instance declared Mesam Galvaniz bankrupt. Following the court decision, the Turkish Bankruptcy Office in Bursa officially initiated ordinary liquidation proceedings for the company under file number 2025/17.
Creditors given one month to file claims
The Bankruptcy Office invited creditors with claims against the company, as well as parties asserting rights over the company’s assets, to submit their applications. Creditors are required to file their claims along with supporting documentation within one month. Debtors must declare their liabilities, while parties holding the company’s assets are obliged to deliver them to the Bankruptcy Office.
