The Süleymaniye iron steel plant operates with MASS Holding's (MGH) 7000 MW Electricity production, 8 million tons of Cement production and 1.25 million tons of annual capacity in Iron and Steel production. In addition, it has a production capacity of 2 million tons in Sudan, it is considered the largest investment and industrial sector in Northern Iraq.
MASS company started its activities in 2011 to fulfill the demand for iron products in Iraq and started production in 2015, and produces 350,000 tons of profiles (square, angles) annually. it is one of the best factories in the Middle East, it has modern and innovative equipment and machinery byusing European technologies. In addition, MAS Company is constructing DRI facilityis in İraq by using of Iron Ore to achieve maximum efficiency in its productivity.
