According to the CMB press release, the Board approved the public offering application of Limak Doğu Anadolu Çimento Sanayi ve Ticaret AŞ at 16.20 liras.
In the statement made by Limak, approval was obtained from the Capital Markets Board (CMB) on February 8 for the public offering of the company shares. The transaction is aimed to be performed in February.
In the public offering of the company will be made through capital increase and partner sales, the sales price per share will be determined as 16.20 liras, and after the public offering, approximately 30 percent of the company's capital will be traded on the stock exchange.
Halk Yatırım will lead the consortium in the public offering of the company's shares, which will be traded on Borsa Istanbul Stars Market under the code LMKDC.
