Kocaeli exports 87% of its vehicle production

Home to major manufacturers such as Ford Otosan, Hyundai Motor Türkiye, and Anadolu Isuzu, Kocaeli alone accounted for 56% of Türkiye’s total automotive exports. Compared to the same period last year, vehicle production in the region increased by 10%.

Leader: Ford Otosan

Ford Otosan led the way with the highest production, manufacturing 219,552 vehicles and topping the export list with 199,527 units shipped abroad. Hyundai produced 120,800 vehicles, exporting 83% of them. Anadolu Isuzu manufactured 2,273 vehicles, of which 515 were exported.
