The company announced that it has established a new company named “TCK KIRAC GALVANIZ SRL” in Romania.
In the statement made by Kıraç Galvaniz to the Public Disclosure Platform (KAP), it was stated that a new strategy was determined in order to participate in the tenders opened by the Romanian State, and it was shared that the Bucharest branch, which previously operated in Romania, was closed due to its limited jurisdiction, and a new company with wider powers was established instead.
It was also reported that the new company has strengthened its opportunity to take part in projects across the country by registering its CE-certified guardrail systems with the Romanian Highways.
