According to the statement made by the company, a meeting titled "Strong Steps to the Future from KARDEMİR: Strategic Plan and Corporate Performance System Evaluation Meeting" was held in Bolu.
The meeting was attended by KARDEMİR Chairman of the Board İsmail Demir, board members, and unit managers.
The strategic plan and corporate performance system, which were prepared to guide the future of KARDEMİR and cover the years 2024-2028, were evaluated by company officials.
In the first session of the two-part meeting, the performance system was addressed. In the other part, unit report cards were evaluated to see if the units' set target indicators were achieved.
Unit managers explained the reasons for unmet indicators and their plans for the next quarter.
In the statement, Demir expressed his wish for the strategic plan to be beneficial for the company's future and requested high efforts from all managers.
Emphasizing the company's deep-rooted history, Demir said, "At this point, we need to diagnose our current situation and determine where we are and where we want to go. By identifying our goals, we should decide the direction we need to move towards. Drawing up a new course will ensure a more dynamic and secure future. I thank you all for your efforts throughout this process. Together, we will carry our company to a brighter and more sustainable future."
