KARDEMİR announced that it will hire 200 new workers

According to the announcement published on the company’s website, 200 personnel will be employed as workers from among candidates with at least a high school diploma. It was stated that applications would be submitted through the Karabük Provincial Directorate of İŞKUR, and candidates must complete the application process, which begins on December 15, by Friday, December 26 at 11:59 PM.

Commenting on the recruitment, Cem Şahin emphasized that the personnel hiring carried out over the past two years has been an important gain for Karabük. Şahin stated, “With the recruitments made and planned during the 2023–2025 period, more than 1,400 of our fellow citizens will be employed at KARDEMİR. This demonstrates an approach that prioritizes labor alongside production.”

Durmuş Ali Keskinkılıç also highlighted that the personnel recruitments in recent years have made a significant contribution to employment, emphasizing that the employment of people with disabilities, the ongoing loading-unloading process, and the planned recruitment of 200 new employees reflect KARDEMİR’s approach to strengthening employment.

Meanwhile, Ferhat Salt stated that the increase in employment at KARDEMİR is of great importance for Karabük’s economy and social structure, noting that each new employment directly contributes to the city.
