According to JSW Steel a leading steel manufacturer in India the company’s crude steel output totaled 1.789 million tons in May this year which grew by 31% compared to the same month a year ago hitting a record high.
During the same period, the output of flat steel was up by 29% year on year to 1.28 million tons, and that of long products hiked by 25% year on year to 386,000 tons.
