JSW Steel, one of India's leading steelmakers, reported a 13.3% y-o-y increase in its combined net profit for the fourth quarter (January-March) of FY2022-23 to Rs 3,664 crore. The company's revenue amounted to Rs 46,962 crore, a slight increase of 0.14% y-o-y.
During the quarter, JSW Steel achieved a record crude steel production of 6.77 million tons. For fiscal 2024, the company expects crude steel production to reach 26.34 million tons and saleable steel sales to reach 25 million tons.
