JFE Steel steps into construction and real estate sector

JFE Steel, Japan's second largest steel producer, is entering the construction and real estate sector by offering environmentally friendly steel products under the JGreeX™ brand.

JFE Steel steps into construction and real estate sector

The first project will be the Suidobashi PREX office building developed by Sumitomo Corporation.

The construction works will be carried out by the Japanese construction company Kumagai Gumi. The project will start in December this year and is scheduled to be completed by March 2025.
