Japan service sector confidence index increased

Service sector confidence index increased by 0.8 points to 56.3, as the number of coronavirus cases continued to remain low in November and the demand for face-to-face services increased.

CONFIDENCE INDEX IS AT THE TOP OF THE LAST 8 YEARS

Confidence index data, which rose to the highest level in about the last 8 years, was promising for Japan's economy.

INDEX IS DEFINED BY EMPLOYEES IN THE SERVICE INDUSTRY

It is created by a survey conducted by the relevant unit of the Japanese government with the participation of service sector employees such as taxi drivers, hotel and restaurant employees.
