İzmir Demir Çelik Sanayi port operations finalized initial public offering

According to a statement made by the company to the Public Disclosure Platform, Bulls Yatırım Menkul Değerler A.Ş. has been authorized as the intermediary institution for the initial public offering (IPO) process of İzmir Demir çelik Liman İşletmeleri A.Ş.

The statement noted that the Intermediary Agreement for Public Offering was signed on March 4, 2026, and that the announcement constitutes an update to the disclosures previously made on April 24, 2025 and September 26, 2025.

In the statement submitted to Public Disclosure Platform, the company said:“Bulls Yatırım Menkul Değerler A.Ş. has been authorized as the intermediary institution for the IPO process of İDÇ Liman İşletmeleri A.Ş., which is a 99.81% subsidiary of our company, and the ‘Intermediary Agreement for Public Offering’ was signed on March 4, 2026.”
