İsdemir Board of Directors Member Representative change announced

In the statement made, it was decided to appoint Gürtan DAMAR as the representative on behalf of Erdemir Çelik Servis Merkezi Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş. instead of Baran ÇELİK. In addition, it was decided to appoint Mustafa Serdar BAŞOĞLU as a representative on behalf of Erdemir Madencilik Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş. instead of Gürtan DAMAR.

- Pursuant to the Board of Directors resolution no. 13 of Erdemir Madencilik Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş., the legal entity Board Member and Managing Director of our Company, Mustafa Serdar BAŞOĞLU was appointed as the real person representative of Erdemir Madencilik Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş. in place of Gürtan DAMAR,

- In accordance with the Board of Directors decision no. 2024/26 of OYAK Pazarlama Hizmet ve Turizm A.Ş., a legal entity Board Member of our Company, it has been decided to register and announce Baran ÇELİK as the real person representative acting on behalf of OYAK Pazarlama Hizmet ve Turizm A.Ş. instead of Eren Ziya DİK.
