İsdemir announces first quarter balance sheet

İskenderun Demir ve Çelik A.Ş. (İsdemir) announced its first quarter financial results for 2025.

According to the financial report published by İsdemir on the Public Disclosure Platform (KAP), a net profit of TRY 1 billion (1,027,021,000) was achieved between January 1 and March 31, 2025. This figure corresponds to a 76% decrease compared to the 4.3 billion TRY (4,324,058,000) profit reported in the same period of 2024.

Having generated TRY 25.6 billion (25,681,507,000) in sales in the first quarter of 2024, İsdemir generated TRY 26.9 billion (26,906,457,000) in sales revenues this year. While operating profit was TRY 5.7 billion (5,762,979,000) in the same period last year, this figure declined to TRY 1.1 billion (1,187,191,000) in 2025.

In the said period, EBITDA, which stood at TRY 3.3 billion (3,330,403,000) in the previous year, amounted to TRY 2.1 billion (2,172,399,000) this year.

On the other hand, the company's shareholders' equity increased by 7% q/q.
