Crude oil began flowing through the Iraq-Türkiye Oil Pipeline on Saturday, 27 September 2025, at 07:07 local time.
Energy and Natural Resources Minister Alparslan Bayraktar stated on social media: “The Iraq-Türkiye Oil Pipeline, which was temporarily closed due to the earthquakes on 6 February 2023 and made operationally ready by BOTAŞ on 4 October 2023, resumed oil flow this morning at 07:07.”
