Investor demand for ŞA-RA Enerji's initial public offering (IPO) reached 3.8 times the offered amount

The bookbuilding process for the initial public offering (IPO) of ŞA-RA Enerji İnşaat Ticaret ve Sanayi A.Ş. (BIST: SARAE), led by Tera Yatırım, has been completed.

Investor demand for ŞA-RA Enerji's initial public offering (IPO) reached 3.8 times the offered amount

The entire 89 million nominal value of shares offered through a capital increase and secondary share sale was successfully allocated to investors.

During the bookbuilding period held on July 8-10, 2026, the IPO received demand amounting to 335.3 million nominal shares. Accordingly, the offering was oversubscribed by approximately 3.8 times the number of shares offered.

Under the IPO, which had a total size of approximately TRY 6.23 billion, shares were allocated to a total of 729,560 investors. Of these, 728,823 were domestic retail investors, 344 were high-demand investors, 115 were domestic institutional investors, 15 were foreign institutional investors, and 263 were company employees.

According to the results announced by the company, the total demand generated during the IPO process reached approximately TRY 23.5 billion, making the offering around 3.8 times oversubscribed. In its statement, ŞA-RA Enerji thanked all investors for the strong interest shown in the IPO.
